This game is intended for play in Canada only (except Province of Quebec) and shall only be construed and evaluated according to Canadian law. Do not play this game if you do not currently reside at a permanent address in Canada.

1. HOW IT WORKS: The promotion begins June 7th, 2010 and runs till September 1st, 2010 at 11:59 PM(2359 HRS) Newfoundland Standard Time (the "Contest Period").

Beginning on June 7th, 2010, contestants can receive a game card by

obtain a game card at any of the participating Golf Newfoundland and Labrador member courses during the contest period. Full list of participating golf courses can be seen at HYPERLINK "http://www.golfnl.ca/"www.golfnl.ca.

receiving a game card on a participating Provincial Airlines flight, to be distributed on board each flight. Limit of 20,000 game cards available this way.

Instantly win a game card by calling OZFM during one of their on air promotions during the contest period.

Each game card contains a unique PIN code. After receiving a game card, contestants will log onto the website HYPERLINK "http://www.golfnl.ca/"www.golfnl.ca. They will click the Flying Foursome contest icon, register on the website with an email address and enter the unique pin code provided on the game card on the contest entry page. Once submitted the registrant will have a chance to win an instant prize of either a Labatt product (60), One round trip for two compliments of Provincial Airlines, a free round of golf at participating courses (maximum of 240) or one of 24 sleeves of Titliest golf balls.

Entries are limited to: one entry per PIN code.

120,000 game cards printed. Contest open while supplies last. Last day to receive a game card is September 1st, 2010. Website will stop accepting PIN codes at 11:59 PM, September 1st, 2010.

2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. There is no purchase necessary to enter this contest. To enter the contest please send a 100 word letter about your experience with golfing in Newfoundland and Labrador to P.O. Box 174 Gander, NL AIV 1W6, Re: I Love Golf. Please include a self-addressed stamped envelope. No facsimiles or copies will be accepted. Letters received will be entered into the weekly sweepstakes for the week they are received.

3. INSTANT PRIZES. There will be approximately twenty-two (22) weekly prizes to be won instantly through a random selection process.

Winners will be personally notified ONLY by e-mail to the e-mail address provided in the registration process. All prizes must be claimed before the expiry date of September 3rd, 2010. To be declared a winner for all prizes, the entrant must first correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question which will be provided by GNL.

Prizes have no cash value and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions. No cash substitutes, no exchanges, refunds or returns.

If any of the personal information provided is not completely accurate and truthful, the prize offer/award will be deemed void. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries completed. If more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these official rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.

Grand Prize

On September 2nd, 2010 at 12:01 AM a grand prize sweepstakes winner will be drawn from all valid entries received throughout the contest period up to 11:59 PM NST on September 1st, 2010.

The first name drawn will be the winner of the grand prize, and that winner must select 3 friends to participate in the prize package.

Winner and guests must provide their own transportation to St. John's and return.

The Grand Prize winner will be notified ONLY by email, to the email address provided the online entry form, with a Grand Prize Personal Email Notification.

The Grand Prize must be claimed by calling the number identified on the Personal Email Notification, before the expiry date, also provided on the Personal Email Notification (Expiry to be Thursday, September 2nd at 5:00 PM). To be declared a winner for the grand prize, the entrant must first correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question provided by GNL.

If the winner fails to claim the grand prize within the specified period, another name will be drawn.

The Grand Prize has no cash value and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions. No cash substitutes, no exchanges, refunds or returns. Prize Fulfillment Period begins Friday, September 10th at 1:00 PM in St. John's and ends Sunday, September 12th at The River Course at 6:00 PM.

A winner who resides outside of Newfoundland and Labrador is responsible for their own transportation to the St. John's start, and from the Deer Lake finish.

This prize may be transferred to another person, provided Golf Newfoundland and Labrador receives notification of the transfer before September 4th, 2010 at 12:00 PM.

Approximate cash value: $17,500

GNL reserves the right to change prize dates, make substitutions and details at any time as necessary.

Instant Prizes

Instant prizes - will be drawn at random during the contest period from all eligible entries received.

Winners will be personally notified ONLY by e-mail to the e-mail address provided in the registration process with a Personal Email Notification. All prizes must be claimed by calling the number identified on the Personal Email Notification, before the expiry date, also provided on the Personal Notification Email (Expiry to be Fridays at 5:00 PM for each of the instant prizes). To be declared a winner for all prizes, the entrant must first correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question given by GNL.

Winners' names will be published on HYPERLINK "http://www.golfnl.ca/"www.golfnl.ca during the week of their win.

Weekly prizes have no cash value and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions. No cash substitutes, no exchanges, refunds or returns. Instant prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred or exchanged. Limit one prize award per person per household per week. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

Approximate cash value: $30.00 to $700.00 ea.

GolfNL can substitute prize offers and quantities at any time during the contest period as necessary.

4. ELIGIBILITY. Open to legal residents of Canada except for the Province of Quebec, who are 19 years of age or older as of June 7th,2010, except employees of Golf Newfoundland and Labrador, the participating golf clubs, or the sponsors (NTV/OZFM/The Herald/Provincial Airlines/Labatt/The British Group of Companies); including their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, sibling, children and the spouses of each) and/or those living in the same household of each.

All Federal, Provincial and local laws and regulations apply. All federal, provincial and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

No cash equivalent, transfer or substitution of the prize is permitted, except at GNL's discretion in the event of unavailability and in such event, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.

Prize acceptance constitutes permission to GNL and its agencies and its participating locations to use the recipient's name and/or likeness for advertising or trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Recipients of prizes assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. GNL provides no warranty of any kind for prizes. If any prize is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited.

By participating in the contest, you also agree to release and hold GNL, its directors, officers, employees and agents, and all prize suppliers harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the contest, or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, whether suffered by you or a third party.

5. CONTACTING WINNERS: GNL will contact winners only by e-mail within forty-eight hours of the draw (The Winner Contact Period). If a winner is disqualified from eligibility or cannot be contacted by GNL within the Winner Contact Period, or if the winner fails to respond to the expiry date contained on the notifying email, GNL will have the right to award the prize to another entrant. GNL will not be liable in connection with the disqualification of any entrant or failure to contact a winner within the Winner Contact Period. Refusal to accept any prize releases GNL of any obligation towards the winner.

6. CONTEST RULES, TERMS & CONDITIONS: GNL reserves the right to modify scheduling of the contest without prior notice. Contest rules are subject to change without notice, if necessary, to comply with any applicable law or policy of GNL, or any other entity having jurisdiction over GNL.

GNL is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of prizes. GNL is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest, GNL reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. In the event of termination, all remaining prizes will be awarded in a random method to be determined by GNL.

Caution: Any attempt by a contestant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such contestant to the fullest extent of the law.

By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges whose decisions are final.
